By accessing or using Meetin, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree with these Terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

Use of the Service

You agree to use Meetin only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all content you publish, including text, images, links, and appointment schedules. You must not misuse the platform by uploading harmful, abusive, misleading, or illegal content.

Meetin reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, if we determine — at our sole discretion — that the account or its usage is in violation of applicable laws and regulations, poses a risk of harm to individuals or the public, or is contrary to societal norms and values. This includes but is not limited to content or activities that are illegal, offensive, deceptive, exploitative, or otherwise deemed inappropriate by Meetin. Such determination shall rest solely with Meetin, and our decision in this regard shall be final.

User Accounts

To use Meetin, you must register an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Meetin. However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating the Service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or intellectual property rights.

Appointments and Services

Meetin provides tools for managing biolinks and appointments, but we are not responsible for the interactions, agreements, or transactions between you and your customers. You are fully responsible for managing your schedule, bookings, cancellations, and communication.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.

We are not liable for any losses caused by downtime or service interruptions.

Payments and Fees

Meetin may offer free and paid features. Any fees, pricing, or subscription terms will be clearly stated before purchase. All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

User biolinks and content may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for external sites, their content, or their practices. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

Meetin is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for activities that harm the platform or its users. You may also delete your account at any time.
